Here we are learning our lines for our play that we are practising, based on what we have learnt about British values.

 

We enjoyed a visit by a local historian to learn about British Values through historical events. We had a great time!

 

Enjoying an afternoon break as a reward for having no late marks last week! Well done Year 6!

We had a lovely start to the year yesterday. We talked about reading and how important it is to have a book, magazine or comic on the go! Please bring something in from home if you would like. There will be plenty of options at school too.

We have been using Lexia in class to improve our reading and spelling.

 

Please login at home and practise at least twice a week. Little and often can make all the difference.

Here we are working hard on our times table challenge!

If you are not very confident with your times tables yet, please practise at home using Times Table Rock Stars or a website called Top marks and a game called Hit The Button. It will really help all aspects of your maths work in Year 6.
