St Bart's News

The latest information about school and our community.

Dear Families and Friends,

It’s wonderful to walk around the school and see such polite, well-mannered children. The calm atmosphere we share is not just for learning but for life - it really does make our school shine.

It’s been lovely to see our Reception class joining the main worship, singing, and achievement assemblies this week. If your child has done something special outside school, please do let us know so we can celebrate their achievements together in Friday’s Achievement Assembly.

Disco fever is spreading! Tickets for Wednesday’s school discos are still available for just £1 from the office. Get ready for some fun and plenty of dance-floor sparkle.

A reminder that school will be closed to pupils on Monday for a staff training day, as shared earlier in the year and on our website. Days like these help us plan for the future and ensure we continue to give our very best to the children.

Harvest time is upon us once more, a season to be grateful for all that God provides and for the wonderful people who help bring these blessings to our tables. As we give thanks, we also remember those in need. We will again be collecting donations for The BAY Foodbank, so any contributions will be greatly appreciated.

Let us “give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.” (Psalm 136:1)

Don't forget the Murder Mystery at church tonight, and see you all, prompt, on Tuesday morning.

Yours sincerely,
Mr Restall & The St Bart’s Team
