Hi Class 1

For art this week, you might like to make a collage of a house. A collage is a work of art made from lots of different materials. You could use paper, newspaper, wrapping paper, wallpaper, cardboard from old food packaging, pictures cut from magazines photographs or fabric.

Use a pair of scissors or tear the materials to make shapes for your house.

Glue them onto a piece of paper to make a house picture. Or just place them in position to make your picture. Maybe take a photo. Don’t forget to tidy up the bits and pieces when you have finished.

For French, you are going to continue learning your numbers.

First listen to the PowerPoint to help you with the pronunciation of the words.

Then join in the song to help you learn them.

Happy Thursday Class 1 from Miss Moffett

For art today, you can find out about the artwork of a quite well known artist called Paul Horton. He often painted houses in his artwork.

Look at the PowerPoint then see if you can paint a house in a similar style. You don’t have to use paint. You could use coloured pencils or crayons as well.
