School Closure Statement
After an emergency meeting and risk assessment with Governors, considering the current and predicted weather conditions, both St. Stephen's and St. Bartholomew's schools will be closing this afternoon at the usual time. However, parents are encouraged to pick their children up early, from 1:30pm, in order to get home safely before the worst of the weather is expected. Should the weather persist, based on the predicted forecast, both schools will also be closed tomorrow (Thursday) although this will confirmed by 7am. If the poor weather continues, schools will reopen on Monday, although arrangements for Friday will be confirmed by our usual means of communication. Thank you for your understanding.
